Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

Write to hello@drapto.com or tell us in the product. The subscription runs to the end of the term you have paid for and then stops. Nothing renews by itself — there is no standing instruction on your account, so cancelling is telling us once rather than fighting a recurring charge.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of a first payment — refunded in full, no questions. A trial is meant to answer whether this fits; if the first month answers it instead, that is our miss rather than your cost.
• Where we have failed — if the software was unavailable for a prolonged period or lost data we were meant to hold, we refund the affected period whether or not you ask within any window.
• Part-used terms otherwise — not refunded as a rule, because the cost of running an account is incurred monthly. If your circumstances are unusual, ask; a person reads it.
• Marketing packages — billed quarterly. If we have not supplied what the package promises, the shortfall is refunded or carried over, your choice. What was supplied is on your delivery statement, so this is a matter of record rather than opinion.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in, within seven working days. Your bank may take a few more, and a card issued abroad may show a small difference from what you paid if the exchange rate has moved.
